Return - Refund - Delivery Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. So don’t hesitate to come back to us and let us know your dissatisfaction or recommendations. We are always happy to listen to you, help you and improve our products and services :)
You have 14 calendar days as from the day after reception of your products to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and to return your purchases to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be returned in their original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may also come and drop your parcel at our premises in Brussels, by appointment. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your visit and to let us know if you would eventually like to try another item on the spot.
After receiving an email from us confirming the validation of your return, please return your parcel to the following address:

Refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days as from the receipt of your parcel, via the method of payment used for your order, if the return was made according to the rules set forth above.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not proceed to exchanges: to receive another item, you simply have to place a new order on the e-shop.
Shipping - Delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs will also be at your charge for the purchase of our items.
Our delivery times will always happen without undue delay. We make every effort to ensure that parcels are shipped within 48 business hours after confirmation of your order.
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your parcel, which will contain a tracking number allowing you to track the status of the delivery.
You have two options.
- Withdrawal in our premises in Brussels
- pick up your order without waiting for the delivery times described below or paying any extra charges;
- try on your purchases on the spot if you would like to and make a return in stride if the items do not suit you;
- try on another item (eventually), within the limit of available stocks.
- Standard home delivery via DPD (with tracking – without signature)
Delivery time (indicative): 2 working days as from shipment of the order.
In the European Union (except Belgium)
- Standard home delivery (with tracking – without signature);
- Delivery time (indicative): 3 to 7 working days as from shipment of the order.
- Standard home delivery via DPD International (with tracking – against signature);
- Delivery time (indicative): 3 to 10 working days as from shipment of the order
- Internationally, additional taxes can be applied to customs and remain at your expense.
